We will see after September 12th if he stays with the team or if they make a trade including Mills, but in both cases, he's increasing his value if he plays like that during World Cup

Mills is still in great shape and can mentor the guards who range from ages 19-26.

I am unfamiliar with Adrian Griffin's approach to player development or young PG s. I do wish T Washington the best, though.
He at least has potential as a long term backup in this league. (I do believe he would have benefitted from another year or two in college.)
