Teams want Dejounte but now I read the Hawks might not trade him.

I guess the Hawks want a better package than they are being offered.

Lakers Lakers Lakers.
I am so sick of hearing about the Lakers.
LeBron retiring might help but Lakers were already getting to much attention even before LeBron joined the team and all the LeBron fan boys became Laker fans.

Yeah. If Lebron's ego wasn't so huge, he'd realize that his incessant team jumping is part of the problem. That + his insistence on trading away future assets for win now players always leads to a worsening situation the longer he's around.
(Trading away Kuzma for Russ Westbrook is an good example of an especially short-sighted move.)

On topic, Lakers can apparently trade up to 3 draft picks this summer if the Pelicans resolve their claim on LA's picks (from the AD trade?). It might be worth revisiting a Dejounte to LA trade this summer. Especially if Lebron leaves -- we could send them a package with Murray/Capela/Hunter as principals.

Right now, I believe Lebron wants the Lakers, and the Lakers want Lebron, until he scores 40k points. Once that's accomplished, I believe Lebron is going to move on.  The Lakers and Lebron will forever have him accomplishing what no other person has done, and he wore a Lakers jersey while doing it.

Hawks not interested in acquiring D'Angelo Russell

Sam Amick: The Hawks have not shown interest in taking D’Angelo Russell back in a Dejounte Murray deal.

Ideally, the Hawks need more size and it all depends on which 1sts and their protections.

D Murray looks so frustrated when Trae dominates the ball for long stretches. but he's come up big in multiple 4th quarters recently.

If we can't get a deal to our liking this season, just wait and move him in the summer.

DJM was basically trash most of the game, until that last shot in the 4th. He missed a wide open 3 that would have likely secured the win a few seconds earlier.

I'm of mind to keep him based on the rumored offers. just for ss and gs would you guys make the deal if it was Reeves / JHS / 29FRP?

Detroit fan here. Would you guys consider Bojan B and Ivey for Murray?

I could see us even doing a 3 or 4 teamer like we did last year with someone where you guys dont keep Ivey due to fit. My other thought was wait until draft time and we give you our pick in there with Ivey maybe. We cant trade our pick until draft night due to owing one later to the Knicks.

We got much better goods to offer the the Lakers. We know our teams have talked some. It just makes alot of sense to me that we get something done like last year.

Jake Fisher on Dejounte Murray: The only teams I’ve really heard actual offers about has been from the Lakers and from Utah.

I just have a feeling Ainge swoops in and gets Murray and he goes super saiyan for the Jazz.

Angie's offer is probably having the Hawks paying the Jazz to take Murray.

If the Hawks just wait until the deadline maybe some team will get desperate and overpay the Hawks.

There is not anything wrong with not trading Dejounte if no team is willing to overpay for him.
