I'd rather have Trayce on a lower contract as the 3rd Center than Bruno Fernando as our 3rd center.
Missed opportunity.

They are having their moment. Leave them be.
Come on, jayu. As a parent, weren't you kinda hoping the camera would pan away and let some these guys collect themselves first?
Like...bawling tears with every eye in the house watching them.

An UDFA for Summer League tryouts.
Looks like Quin's mandate was young guys who can shoot the basketball.

I really like Kobe Bufkin, but taking a swing at a young player with star potential like CW could have been a game changer -- even just as trade bait.
Sources tell John hollinger of The Athletic that Whitmore's medicals were red-flagged by some teams due to
concerns about his knees while his workouts and interviews were also underwhelming.
One source described Whitmore as "
comatose" during the predraft evaluations.

I do wonder if it was a mistake to pass up on drafting Cam Whitmore...

Damn, Cam Whitmore looks like the HR swing this franchise should have taken to get to the next level...

I believe Kobe Bufkin is a long term starter in this league, but Cam looks like a future star.

I'm really
excited about Kobe Bufkin as
a long term piece here.
But, man, it feels like we passed on a star with Cam Whitmore. He was projected as a top-5 pick and fell all the way to #20.
Getting him at #15 could have been a franchise altering event!!

Apparently, I'm not the only one struggling with this internal debate:

I love Kobe, but Cam looks like a young star. Talent poor franchises like ours can't justify passing on stars when they fall out of the top 10 of the draft.

Probably a tad early for rookie grades, but......

Keyonte has emerged very impressively.
Another hit for Danny Ainge.
