Not the first time I've read that Quin was not Landry's first choice...

This place feels like the final season of Game of Thrones at this point.

So much potential, but ultimately no one ends up satisfied with the ending.

Messy Ressy allowed Lil Nicky and his Super Friends to take control and this is where we end up.

We just can't seem to get right with the front office. :nonono:

And the uncertainty is now effecting the on court product.

I suspect this is part of the appeal for Dejounte being on board with a trade.

We are a clown show with no veteran leadership in the personnel department.

Hopefully Chris Grant brings some semblance of order and normalcy to the place. He's a mediocre front office mind.
But at least he's a steady, experienced adult.

This place reeks of incompetence.

Incompetence?! Try complete trainwreck....

Kyle Korver named Asst GM(2 years after his first coaching gig) told me we were in for a loooonnngggg day. Landry at least was a scout and then later was the GM of a G league team before getting the bump. That said, seems like KK was the one who had enough sense to convince Ressler(s) of bringing in Snyder. Seems like Landry wanted no parts. Hell Landry probably wanted Billy Donovan or Vogel.

Landry Fields is a goner, right?

How many GMs survive when a senior advisor is brought in to babysit? This reeks of Colangelo coming in to Philly years ago when the Process had become too ugly and the front office needed some credibility. Hinkie was gone in less than a year IIRC.

Fire him.for something Nick Ressler probably wanted (speculation of course).
Tony Ressler got all hot headed and fired Schlenck.
Now hear we are.

With all the instability and losing right now, if we fire Landry and pivot in yet a different direction -- we need to be prepared for the likelihood that Trae requests a trade.

Bogi, too.

And if we're headed for a complete rebuild with none of our own draft picks for the next 3 seasons... :nonono: :noway: :banghead:

Yep.
Also Korver will be gone, so might Quin if they are going full rebuild.
Owner and Front Office instability trickles downhill. We are already not a FA destination, constant FO/coaching turnover makes it even worse.

So is it too early to start the "sell the team" chants or no?

Ressler spends all that money on coaches and facilities and then cheaps on cap and puts his kid and friends in to run the FO.... hard to believe

Our FO is a NBA embarassment
