The 3 J’s!

Jayson, Jaylen and Jrue.

Outstanding performance by all 3.

I agree, but the problem is that our bench isn't playoff ready.

Tillman could have matched Horford's production for 15 of those minutes, which would have allowed Al to play a bit better in the remaining 24. It would have made them both better in future games.

I'm happy with the end result, but agree with Smitty, this is not the way

Brown was the man mid game when Tatum was struggling. He was able to get to the rim at will. Tatum looked a bit gassed and kept settling for jumpers and getting blown on defence. To his credit he came up with some big defensive rebounds.
Team Defence was struggling towards the end of the game but we finally won a close one.

Tatum looked too gassed to drive hard to the rim.

Tillman has no presence in the middle. He can’t shoot and is just a facilitator. I’d much rather Qeuta.

He have to make Garland and co finish around the rim, and not let them dump off to Mobley.

Good game with good defensive intensity and some good fast paced offense for short spurts (I wish we had longer spurts). When we play fast and pass the ball this Cavs team can't stop us.
JT showed Strus the goon that he isn't afraid.
JB and Jrue were great

Horford looked miserable. Any guard seeing him was celebrating. Too gassed or slow to guard the shifty one. I would play Queta for short periods of time and Brisset for his high energy and rebounding. Slide JT to the 5.

Now don't settle next game. Match this intensity or better

The game was unusual in that Brown was efficient offensively. Otherwise it was a routine win.

Horford is gassed. Queta time.

As per tradition, pumping up Tatum after a very good game from him...

Only two players are averaging 20/10/5 in this year's playoffs -- Jokic and Tatum. Embiid was the 3rd but he's already in Cancun. If maintained, this will be his 3rd postseason run reaching those marks (2020, 2023, 2024).

He's scoring 24.1 a game on a .556 fg% for the playoffs. You're letting your hate cloud your vision. Come back to the light.

Really? Jaylen has always been the most efficient player on the team FG% wise. He is shooting almost 56% from the floor in this playoff run.

No team is playing all the possessions perfectly. Cavs have been able to take away our threes and we are driving constantly. The team got gassed and started taking jumpers, but this happening with all the teams in the playoffs. We still have an elite offense this series while shooting %33 from 3 that’s a good sign.

Brown revved up the team vocally.

I think this is an area that he’s grown in — doesn’t strike me as natural for him, but he’s doing it — and love that his nickname for Jayson is apparently BIG DEUCE!
