Don't necessarily agree. Garland is better at setting the table for the others and they all lifted.

All year they have been better with only one of Mitchell and Garland and one of Mobley and Allen. Despite what people might think, this was still a pretty good win on the road when you look at their season record in these situations.

Nope.
The guys were back to their old habits when having a lead in the 4th. Walking the ball through half court. JT holding the ball on top wasting shot clock, when there are 3mins remaining in the game, protecting the lead.

Unpopular Opinion. I didn't think Kornet played that badly, made a couple of crucial plays in that fourth quarter.

For some reason fans tend to dwell more on the negatives, but he was serviceable tonight.

True.

And if you look at his stats in this game, he had 9 pts, 6 rebs, and 1 block in 19 minutes of action.

Oh I agree with that. I’m not saying it was a good win in the sense that we played the way I wish we would down the stretch with the focus that I’d like all game. I think it was a good win in the sense that these are the games we have lost in the past few years whereas we found a way to win ugly against a desperate opponent who gave it all. I’ll take it.

Yes. We also have an injury. I don't like all these injuries. I would much rather both we and our opponents were healthy.

big difference between missing rozier/butler and porzinghis. and now mitchell who is the sole reason cavs are even in the postseason.

I would prefer it if none of those players had been injured. I would much rather play at full strength against full strength teams, even if that would have helped the other teams more than us in this case. Injuries are bad.

I want a nice big win with no drama or stress in this one.

It will show a lot of maturity to put this away tonight. Its a championship move to do so. End it, get some rest, watch some gametape of the indy/NYK series and start making plans.
