Cs have a 10 game lead in the East, a historic point differential, and a 6.5 game lead on the West. To do that, it's a pretty good bet that they also have a good coaching staff -- even if some posters will sometimes tell you otherwise -- and are on the same page as that coaching staff.

It's simple as if the players don't buy in to what the coach is selling, it will be a disaster, like what happened to Brad and the Celtics in 2021.

Now to put on my green colored glasses,

If Springer works on his three point shooting this offseason, we could be looking at a DWhite-lite type of player next year. Springer does a lot of good things, just very young. Could easily see Springer in the rotation next year

Doesn't matter who's in, who's out or if it's a trap game or big game. This team plays together on offense and defense and is clear on their roles.

The sign of a well coached team, regardless of talent.

There's one thing Brad and Ime couldn't do with this group, it's to make the Jays buy in.

Apparently the Jays are buying in to what Joe is selling and that's the most important thing, the star players on the same page with the coach.

Joe is also naive.

He lets guys get their flowers, so to speak.

Like in this game, there was no need for White to play 37 minutes, but because Joe knows how big a deal it is for White to have his triple-double, Joe left White in until got it.

Heading into the the 2016 Draftm the scouting report on JB was he's athletic.

Saying that he doesn't have hops is just not true.

I'm not the biggest JB fan, I'm a Tatum guy, but right now JB is an All-NBA player.

8 rotation guys who can shoot above average from 3. They’re better off leaning on their strength. They’re getting good wide open looks within the offense.

Ok. I respect your opinion, but I believe we have different definitions of finesse. I think players like Irving, Derick White, Trey Young, Jamal Murrray, Tony Parker etc when it comes to finesse.

JB is an above average athlete but not the same as Eric Gordon, Kemp, Edwards, Vince, or even Kobe when comparing hops. Too many others to name.

I do agree he TRIES to dunk a lot more. I think his game would improve if he learned some finesse moves.

If JB squeezes into 3rd team, it will be based on a rule he helped enforce. The games played rule. He’s not an All NBA caliber player imo.

You can't be a part-time NBA player anymore.

Playing 65 or more games a season is a feat in itself.

The players today are stronger and faster.

More injuries happen because of that.

That's why being able to play 65 or more games is a big deal.

Was very happy to see D White get his 1st triple double. Pritchard has been ballin' out and Springer had a good outing.

He knew. His turnovers happened trying to hunt for the final assist.
