These are the same issues we’ve had. Success is masking the cracks that are going to appear in the playoffs.

Same thing over and over.

Won’t rear its ugly head into the finals

Rushing a bad shot then fouling so you can rush another bad shot probably gives you a worse shot at winning.

How bout getting the ball up faster to give yourself more time to get a good shot. Than wait and then have to go iso for low percentage crap.

Even the announcers know when you’re down it’s idiotic to hold for the last shot. They really need to cleanup crunch time play, this is starting to become a regular thing.

Classic stepback attempt when he should be going AT the **** basket, not away from it.

Give us a chance to get a rebound too

You worry about getting the lead first, if you don't score it's irrelevant if the Cavs get the ball back or not.

So rush your shot?

We got the ball with 18 seconds left. That's 4 seconds less than a regular possession. By using up all (or at least most) of those 18 seconds, you give yourself more time to work the ball around for a quality shot attempt - and you leave less time on the clock for the other team..

But they didn't work the ball around. It was all Tatum iso.

This game had little to do with Mazulla. Tatum was absolutely abysmal in the second half, it was not only bad shooting but low IQ.

As i've always said - Mazzulla's end of game planning is our achilles heel. A monkey could coach this team to 55+ wins

**** this coach

Oh please. We lose 1 game a month..3rd highest net rating in NBA history, yet the 1 game a month we lose, it's comments like this where people say the team won't win it all and the coach sucks.

Give me a break.

If they win a chip this season, it will be despite Joe. If they don't, he's gone.

Watched enough of Tatum and Brown over 7 years to know they’re moronic at times and shoot teams back into games.

But sure pop up for your usual Joe whinge after being anonymous for weeks when we win 11 straight.

I was here in the Dallas game. I was here for the GSW game. Not my fault you only lay attention when Mazzula’s name is mentioned lol

Brown wasn’t even in the game til like 5 min left lol Brown and Tatum also let them run down 19 seconds of the clock at the end

Brown shot 40% over the night.

Mazzulla could call a timeout and Tatum would still find a way to make a possession terrible. We have dumb as players at the end of games.

Yes we don't get the ball across half court till 12 seconds and don't initiate anything that reasonable for offense till 8 seconds, so wasted what 7 seconds that could of been used to find a good shot.

White was way too passive on offense but I much rather have him handling the ball and taking game-ending shots than Tatum or Brown. You'll at least get a clean look. Tatum's dribble dribble iso crap is cringe AF.

Conveniently ignored the landing zone rule, and ignored the context that reversing the call ends the game with opposite result of a no-call. Standard zach zarba, the modern Darrell Garretson

You're down, you go quick or call a timeout to set up a play, no questions asked. If you miss, you can still foul and send opponent to the FT line.

THIS IS SO BASIC I CAN'T BELIEVE WHAT I JUST WITNESSED. (And it's not the first time this has happened either.)

Just like iso Pierce. Hated that too. To be fair we win on the putback

Joe Maz is just a bad coach. He's too in his own head with his cute little player empowerment strategies. He's the bottleneck. And he's not going anywhere. Miami will beat this team, as will numerous teams out west.
