Not only is Joe risking injuries to these guys, but you are putting them in a terrible position. If they play full intensity they look unsportsmanlike and give the Heat bulletin board material, whereas if they go thru motions they have shown time and time again that no lead is safe. Whereas, the bench can play full intensity with no consequence.

This is just stupid IMO, I know it seems petty to get riled up about this after a nice win, but I am struggling to get over this.

The way they won tonight was really encouraging I think.

Embraced the physicality, and just overwhelmed Miami physically. Heat became the team whining to the refs and got really flustered.

This is far from what the Celtics can do.

I mean who cares what they look like to some bulletin board? Like, they are not gonna blow the lead.

They can revert back to bad habits or slip. I don't see them holding the trophy so right now it means very little.
