I probably found them in the early 2000's maybe, certainly not when it first came out. I bought the record through a second hand store. Always thought it was crazy how these two white teenagers managed to get down with the Soul Assassins somehow. They recorded a whole album with production by Lethal and guest spots from B-Real and Everlast that never got released I believe.

The other MC is super producer The Alchemist (if you didn't already know).

Stuff I enjoyed recently, non-fantasy edition: Slow Horses (spy show w/ Gary Oldman), The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey (mini-series w/ Samuel L. Jackson), Olive Kitteridge (mini-series w/ Frances McDormand), Abbott Elementary (you'll appreciate this so much if you're in education; it's like Parks & Rec meets AP Bio).

Somehow my two favourite tracks from that album were not on your list!

Big Pun + Prodigy + Rebel INS + The RZA + Roc Raida = Nice

And I like Big Pun and Fat Joe's version better than Dre and Snoops version. Though Dre's beat is pretty stink.

This is another random track I always liked off a Cuban Link white label featuring Big Pun.

Saw Red Hot Chili Peppers Saturday at Fenway. Seeing them with Frusciante was waaaay better them without John at the Garden a couple years ago. They seemed so much heavier this time around.

Thunder Cat opened. First time seeing him. He was great just wish his set was longer. I knew he could shred bass but I didn't know he could sign like that. Wow.

St. Vincent was the second opener and they had some cool, different music. Always fun to find a new act. I think I'm in love with lead singer Anne Clark. You could really feel the emotion behind her music.

Annie Clark is amazing. An incredible guitar player. Not everything she does is equally appealing to me, but she has some really creative stuff. I think I've shared this video here before -- love the "Brazil" homage.

New Cobra Kai still rock'n. The cheese is strong with this one.

Finally got around to watching Ted Lasso. Thoroughly enjoyed the first season, only a couple of episodes into the second season.

Andor and Mandolarian 3 trailers look solid too.

Best things I've seen so far in September:
TV - Five Days at Memorial (docu drama about immediate aftermath of Hurricane Katrina)
Film - Mrs. Harris Goes to Paris

I've waded through so much streaming trash in the offseason, I can't wait for basketball to be back lol.

Watched the new pinocchio with my son. He loved it, I thought it was pretty weird lol but it kept him quiet and interested so that’s always a win. We had fun.

Tom hanks Italian accent as geppetto goes in and out throughout the movie which is funny to see from someone who usually does any role pretty good- even silly ones.
