Wait, I thought he was a diva that was going to ruin team chemistry because he wasn’t going to get the amount of shots he usually gets ?

We're in big trouble if KP isn't healthy. 10 games in and we might be seeing the worst-case come to pass already. Yes I'm in panic mode right now.

You're kidding, right? It's just a little knee bruise from when Randle ran into him. Not serious at all.
He was icing the knee last night during the 2nd quarter and then kept playing after that.
He's questionable. Not like he's out for 6 weeks or something.

Only the 4th 10/10/5/3 game of his career. Look out, Jokic!

So far it's unconfirmed, but sounds good.

He's been going to the rim pretty hard because he's so stoked to be a Celtic.

Re: Welcome to Boston, Kristaps Porzingis!
Hey guys, first post on the Celtics board.
Being a Canuckian based on the east coast I've tended to watch the Knicks and the Celtics mainly, so I began following Porzingis from his rookie year, then on the Mavericks, then the Wizards and now the Celtics. His foray in Dallas was a time when he was coming back slowly from his prior injuries that we all know about, he didn't quite have the confidence in his body to play the way he wanted to but by the end of his stay there he was close to being 100% physically and mentally. Having played some ball I could tell that there was something going on between he and Luka, there was absolutely no doubt in my mind about that. You would see KP under the basket wide open and Luka would look at him and totally disregard him. This would happen numerous times per game. I appreciate how gifted an offensive player Luka is, one of the great talents in the league, no doubt about it, but I've compared him to James Harden, great scorer but not someone I would want to play with. I would bet a lot of money that most guys in the league would feel the same way, even if they may not say it out loud. Also, my theory has always been that your main guy has to be a two way player if you want to win championships. History has proven me correct with guys like Jordan, Duncan, Kawhi, Lebron etc... There have been a couple of exemptions like Curry but the Warriors built a great defensive team around him to hide his defensive liabilities.
The move to Washington was one of the best things for KP's career, he actually spent the time there to work on his game, he became a very good post player able to take advantage of smaller opponents and gained some strength and maturity. He would dominate, I'm talking dominate some games, where he just couldn't be stopped. He had a great year and should have been selected an all-star but no one pays attention to what goes on with the Wizards so he went pretty much unnoticed to the press.
Now, this year with the Celtics he's showing that "freakish" athleticism (for a 7'3" guy) that he had in his rookie year. He's always been a two way player, he's always played hard defensively and he's moving so well now for a guy his size, it's really great to see. I've never seen him get so many +1s after he's been fouled, that was something you just didn't see in the early years, he's gotten much stronger. I personally think he's probably the better no.2 option on this team, he has better efficiency numbers than Brown, when the game is on the line, in the playoffs, he may be your second best choice to go to, after Tatum. I know this sounds like heresy to some here but that's how I feel. Really hope he stays healthy because he makes and will continue to make a huge difference for the team.
