Now would be a good time to stop losing to golden state

It's amazing, just how many former Celtics stick with the Team, long after retiring.
It really is a Family, of sorts.

Maybe this time we will be smarter and wont shoot 3 after 3 after getting 5 rebounds and actually use our size advantage

Why is Exum even still in the league?

We also didn't have Porzingis last time?

No need to play KP, rest him.

Part of me wants the Celts to have to beat the Warriors without him. Also in the unlikely event they come out of the west, if we’re in the finals then they won’t have played us with him.

Luckily, we have a virtual 5-headed Center-by-Committee. Horford, Kornet and now Tillman should be able to handle it.
Queta and Porzingis both being Injured.

Just in time, to be a good part of our Rotation.

Yep. we need a lot of them. Porzingis is rather vulnerable to minor injury. Horford, at his age, is deemed vulnerable to ordinary wear and tear.

Maxwell, as a long-time broadcaster, is perhaps not the best example -- but yes, it's a team tradition.

Mazzulla seems to have deliberately strengthened it, per reporting. His awareness of the tradition is surely based in significant part on growing up a Celtics fan, which raises the question -- how much does his presence in the organization have to do with that background? (That's the sort of thing that tends to matter most when a guy is initially hired into a low-level job.)

Injury Report 12+ hours until tipoff: G-League guys including Walsh are OUT, Porzingis is QUESTIONABLE for the Celtics. Wiggins is OUT, Gui Santos is PROBABLE, Curry and Podziemski are QUESTIONABLE for the Warriors.

No idea. Was hoping both teams came into this matchup full strength. Oh well.

Cool Stat of the Day: If this year's Celtics keep up their pace, they could end up being a top 7 regular season team in NBA history relative to league average. In the wise words of JaMarco, the Celtics ain't no joke.

Accomplishing this in an era of heightened league parity is quite something tbh.
