I honestly have no problem playing Svi Mykhailiuk in Sam Hauser's spot in the short term. Svi Mykhailiuk has his limitations but he plays the right way and is a solid pro. Probably the reason he is still on the team is for something like this.

Last night Svi played 23 minutes with 9 points, 5 rebounds and 2 assists on 3 for 7 shooting. He was +7 for the night. Svi played within the team concept and didn't force anything. Exactly what you want from your 14th/15th guy.

Agree. He certainly possesses the same type of attributes that Sam does.. Especially when considering the rest of the bench..

I don't see the need, for a healthy 26 year old who is pretty good at playing low/medium impact minutes. (In terms of physical impact -- not on-court basketball impact)

I'd imagine that if the team keeps rolling, he might get some rest in the course of blow-out wins (ie, sit 4th quarters), and that when we get down to the last few regular season games -- then, assuming the #1 seed is locked up, the organization might try to force him to sit a game or two. But that's two or three weeks away?
