Rondo perfectly complimented Truth, Ticket & Ray.

What a talent!

Feisty hard ass mother **** as well.

FUN!

Someone with IT skills please post some of his hilites!

Show the time that DWade had to throw him out of the Heat huddle. LOL.

Show some of his truly astonishing assists!

I feel like I remember him being around our guys this summer and rumors of him filling an assistant position but an offer was never made. I know for sure he had a similar presence around UK's young kids off and on last couple years in the summer and same rumors about an assistant position with Calipari, but the rumors go silent every time he runs into legal trouble/scandal. For such a smart player on the court, he's made some poor decisions post playing career that have limited his opportunities to stay in basketball.

Will never forget Game 4 against Cleveland. Down 2-1, just got blown out on our home floor and this dude puts up 29/18/13 to carry us to the win. Playoff Rondo was special

Always loved the Rondo-Shaq connection, short lived as it was.

Kind of the end of an era in a lot of different ways, really.

Thanks for helping us win Banner 17, Rajon! He was so fun and such a great player in his prime. Best of luck in his future endeavors.

I knew he was special when I saw this play during rookie preseason- #1 on the top 10 preseason plays. Unreal putback dunk and n even better a steal on the inbound and a layup. Can skip to 2:20 minute mark to see it. (He also made #3 play on countdown btw).

Some are suggesting Rondo be the one to replace Calipari as Kentucky coach. It’s a well-accepted notion that Rondo’s one of the greatest minds to ever play the game. Will he have the temperament and people skills for it? Are the coaches still the ones who do the recruiting?

He was unreal that day, like suddenly the best player in the league but also historically good.

It wasn’t the only such flash of such in the playoffs but maybe the most complete/purest day of Rondo perfection.

Someday I’ll need to engage in a discussion about whether Rondo reached his potential. His career in Boston was one of my favorite ever, but he’s admittedly been pretty dead to me since he went to LA.

I had hoped he’d go down as one of the greatest Celtic PGs ever, but now figure he’s where:
Cousy, KC, Jo Jo, DJ — fifth at best, and there’s probably more people than should that would engage in a debate about Rondo vs Marcus.

He was so fun to watch. Thanks for all of the times you turned basketball into an art form, Ramon!

That’s really interesting. Yeah it’s clear he has a great mind for the game.
