Curry and Thompson lost in the play in tourney.
Durant and Booker swept in 1st round.
Lebron and Davis down 3-1 and could be out in first round.
Embiid and Maxey down 3-1 and could be out in first round.
Giannis and Dame down 3-1 and could be out in first round.

I love it for us fans but tough to see how this isn't damaging from a casuals ratings perspective. But a great time to introduce the next generation of talent if the people are interested enough to stay tuned in.

But on the flip side, Knicks are in it so maybe that cuts the difference.

Shy of Maxey, I'm happy to see all of those names as a non-factor.

That’s why it would be stupid, and an epic choke job not to be in the finals. This probably is our best chance yet. Just like what happened last year, it would be laughable if we get beat by scrappy team like the knicks, all because they play harder, or want it more.

It's going to be tough to take down Denver if their head coach misses significant time.

Is it really serious?

I thought people were just messing about the coach getting hurt.

You didn’t watched the game?? You missed out on an epic performance by Antman lol.

Boston v New York is money regardless. The West might put off the casuals, but honestly don’t really care. These franchises deserve their time to shine.

I'd way rather deal with Philly or Milwaukee at full strength than NYK. We know what both of those teams bring to the table, NYK is a total wildcard right now. I still believe we could beat them but it would be the hardest path of the 3 aforementioned teams.

We just need to stop Brunson. We have all defense guards in jrue and derrick. They should be able to slow him down. A healthy bucks is dangerous with Lillard and Giannis. Sixers would have been ideal. Embiids never going to be healthy this season.

They have a lot more than that. For example, DDV could go full Struss god-mode on us and Joe wouldn't know what to do. He'd probably pull up Wikipedia at halftime to see what he can find out about him.

Yeah they have guys that can step up. Still, the team with better players usually wins. We have more fire power. Hart and OG ain’t shooting lights out, compared to last years heat in strus, vincent, duncan and caleb. DDV is comparable to hauser. Bogdanovic has an injury, and so is robinson. They are also without their 2nd best player in randle. Brunson is playing out of his mind right now. I doubt he can sustain that. Even if both are healthy, if we play it right, we should be able to beat them.

I only watch the Celtics.

My subscription is a one team pass and that's the Celtics.

The talent is there.

He's legit, no doubt about that.

I would just like to see more because last season I watched him get squashed by the Nuggets.

Edwards was great vs Nuggets last year..had a great series despite losing

Yeah, I didn't say he was bad.

By squashed I mean Ant and the Wolves got beat bad.

They were down 0-3, right?

Wolves are much better now. Also, the nuggets got weaker losing Bruce brown. Jeff green gave them valuable mins. as well.

Agreed that Randle and Robinson are massive hits to them and we should still be the team to bet on.

With that being said. We should be in universal agreement that Boston typically does a decent job with limiting the big names, it's the other guys who somehow give us unexpected trouble. NYK is a lot of other guys. Same with Cleveland/Orlando.

It's a weird characteristic of this version of the C's

And more committed the year after.
They triple mortgaged the farm for Durrant and inexplicably added the worst contract in the league in Beal.

They almost have to try and make it work for the duration of Durrants contract. Idk. Yes untenable.

All these posts about how other teams are failing at team-building are just y’all long-winded way of saying that BRAD IS A GOD. Say it with me — SBOBO Brad for EotY. Amen.
