Just got back from this game. Really good win, since it almost did slip away. KG deserves the cigar for closing it out, but without Scott Pollard they do not win this one!

I thought the crowd was a little off in the 3rd and 4th quarter, kind of just expecting the C's to blow them out at some point rather than actually provide energy to the team. That is probably why KG felt the need to get the crowd back in it (before Houston FTs no less!). Crazy to go into the Garden after so many years and see a packed house wearing all green. Not all of 'em are real basketball fans (yet), but it still beats the heck out of losing!

Thanks :) I've been a long time lurker (hence the 6 months I haven't posted), but I've been here the whole way. Been a KG fan since he joined the league, and I can't be happier so far this season. It's been awhile since I've seen KG with that fire, so that's why I decided to post. Nba.com is slow with their updates tonight :(

so do the highlights feature KG going bananas on nba.com?

i watched the hornets/clippers game instead, but i heard that Paul jumped on KG's back! lol, did KG hit a buzzer beater?

these guys are playing like 12 year olds at a tournament. not letting all these wins go by. nice to see them cherishing it, because it goes by soooooo fast!

if anyone has those KG highlights, where he goes nuts, can you post them please?

I'll take the Pierce riding on KG pic.

Everyone should put that Pierce and KG picture as their avatar. Those last minutes made me smile. Pierce with the two beautiful set ups to KG, who knocked down the shots, then Pierce jumping on his back like they just won a playoff series. Epic stuff.

Pierce should always have the ball in crunch time. He is great at finding a good shot for someone in those situations.

i think rondo wants to jump on KG's back too.

does anyone have the KG commerical where he takes the whole world on his back?

i've always wondered why people criticized that he couldn't take the winning shot. he may not have a lot of buzzer beaters, be he's still has a lot of game winning shots, game winning blocks, game winning rebounds...it just may not happen at the buzzer like he's gilbert arenas.
