I did notice on the offensive end the Hawks looked very chaotic. A lot of aimless running around, dribbling, not much passing, bad shots. When they took it to the hoop they had more success.
I noticed he went with a 7-8 man rotation...talk about a short bench!
Also, I haven't watched him all season like you Hawks fans have, but Zaza Pachulia looked **** terrible out there. Is he any good or is that the norm with him?

I know the celtics are heavily favored...
but an NBA team has got to have some pride right? Joe Johnson is a legit all-star and I wouldn't be too surprised if he goes off one of these nights...
I like the defensive strategy of keying on Johnson, a 20-10 from horford won't down us, but 35 from Johnson could make the game closer.

The gameplan to shut down JJ was a great one, and worked great in game 1. Doubling him KILLS us because we can't shoot. That's why Bibby helped us alot this year because he can knock down three's when JJ receives the double, problem is he was cold is Antarctica on Sunday. I wouldn't change your gameplan at all.

I agree, we'll give J-smooth and Horford confidence. But I think we have to continue to key in on Joe and make up for the other's contribution.
Horford is their best player after Joe I think, and he won't kill us as much if Perk can stay in the game.
We just have to keep the energy low, if everythings moving too fast then ATL's natural abilities will hurt us.. the slowing and more machine like we keep it then our ability to execute will come to the fold and allow our defense to keep them from consistently scoring.
I really hope Perk calms down and is told that he's role is just to rebound and play defense. A focused Perk can really kill ATL on the boards.

One of the reasons why Mike Bibby was acquired was to free Joe up. Josh Smith doesn't demand a double team at this point during his career, so Mike's a key player here, and once again it's just sad that Atlanta has to rely on so much from the backcourt.
I strongly believe Al Horford could demand a double team if he was playing the 4, but it's not the case, so Boston can rely on single coverage against Al.
Just another advantage Boston has on Atlanta!

And who is Charlsie House (Eddie House' wife, Mike Bibby's sister) rooting for?

As crazy as it may sound, acquiring Mike Bibby was still a positive move by Atlanta, because I really doubt Atlanta makes the playoffs without him. I wish Atlanta kept Anthony Johnson out of all the players. Still not saying much considering Atlanta is well below .500.
