This is going to be a tough game. This is not some pathetic road team like the hawks they have to play. They have to play a team that has a top 5 player in the NBA that single handily beat the pistons last year. I do not have a good feeling at all about tomorrows game.

Regardless of who wins tomorrow pistons have to be favorites against either team. They will have had 7 days off when the series starts. On top of that that have proven the can win on the road.

I'm nervous about this game, hope the Celts can execute their offense for a change.

the sliver lining of being robbed in game 6:

Boston will come out motivated to destroy the Cavs.
My Starting 5:

PG: Allen Iverson
SG: Paul Pierce
SF: Kevin Durant
PF: Kevin Garnett
C: Patrick Ewing

Stern thinks everybody wants LeBron. LeBron here, LeBron there, LeBron everywhere. That should be the NBA's motto.

There's no doubt that Stern would like another Michael Jordan, who goes to the Finals 5 times in his first 10 years or so. The NBA is just too rigged, and Game 6 clearly showed it.

The East Semifinals are alredy in the books people. Regardless of how good we'll play, the two finalists will be Detroit and Cleveland. The season is over; the Celtics capitulate.

Yeah the fix was in last night for sure...

I actually wrote to the League office last night to voice my "opinion" of last night's officiating......doubt they'll write back.

From Mark Murphy today:
"The officiating crew of Dick Bavetta, Joe Forte and Joe DeRosa disrupted the rhythm of the game with a litany of minor calls".

WOW,talk about an understatement----but it was right on the money.

Between the Suns get **** last year, and the Celtics getting robbed this year I don't think I'll watch another a game for a while if the refs f us in this one.

I've never posted on here, but I've been lurking for around a year. If any trolls are reading this and the Celtics lose, please don't post here. I'm not even a Patriots fan but I found the behavior of many trolls after the Super Bowl to be a huge embarassment. You can post on your own board, but please not here. Thank you.

I don't post often , But I will say this ... It will be hard to deny the LEBRON VS KOBE FINALS .
We will have to play flawless or we are done in by the league ... Bottom Line .. the nba has become straight entertainment during the playoffs ... Please see the Kings/lakers Series a few years back and Tell me that Stern didn't hand that to LA .

Can someone put a picture of stern in the game thread with the cavs?

Meh. Lebron is overrated. He is no Jordan - more athlete then baller, IMHO. Much like Dwayne Wade he is an injury away from being mediocre.

It will also be hard to deny the Celts versus Lakers finals. Lakers are already in the WCF

All it takes is one good game for Lebron to send the Celtics packing.

its over...like many have said here, & like i've been sayin from before the playoffs, the league will get their kobe/lebron finals matchup.

we got robbed in game 6 & we have been gettin robbed in almost every game durin the playoffs, even durin tha atl series.

but nonetheless...GO CELTICS!!!!! beat the cavs & the league tomorrow!!! i think if we win game 7, then the nba will favor us over detroit in order to have the LAL/bos series...but thats a big IF.

Yeah. He'll send them packing from Boston, MA to...Boston, MA.

Unbelievable.

th thing is...its stupid to blame anything on the refs when u hav put in so much money to hav Kg, Allen and pierce on a side. You are SUPPOSED to win, either ways.
Th amount of hype n attention KG gets. He should make sure the celts win b4 a game 7 everytime. I mean a game 7 with atlanta?
it was a match up problem then...so whts the problem now? Play hard or go fishing, at least lebron knows tht.

no...its not th haters...its the guys who concern themselves with the franchise.
AND jus in case we arent scared of lebron (wonder why it took us this long then) in this game, these guys still hav all th reason to worry.
ACCEPTING something is wrong is the 1st step towards building a dominant nba team. Not jus acquiring big names.
