Guy's expect a loss. This is a great Detroit team, they aren't pushovers. I am only say this so that people don't go suicidal IF we lose. With that said I think the team wins, we are on a roll right now. We just beat them by 14 with little contribution from Paul and Ray. Paul has been getting all the shots he's wanted since game 7. Ray's stroke is off but the fact that he's getting into the lane at will makes up for it. KG is KG. Rondo needs to be more confident. Perk actually had good finishes last game. By good I mean he didn't gather himself, he just caught it and went straight up. In the end D will probably win this game. KG,Perk, and PJ have practically made Rasheed a non-factor. Rondo just needs to stay in front of Billups because Billups hasn't been using his body that much this series. RIP might be the only Piston who can get his, Ray just need to watch out for the pump fakes. Tayshaun Prince is..............meh. McDyess is looking like their best shooter right now, will someone guard up on him. Even though the focus should be on D I hope someone other than KG shows up again. LETS GO KELTICS. "NOTHINg EASY!"

If we win this game, don't expect to the team to go back to Detroit for game 6.

albanian-you forgot the pistons' best player thus far in the series....rodney stuckey (aka, lil 50 cent lookalike). he has been great for them & we have yet to find an answer. we need to figure something out. i would say put TA in, but in TA's only action, he went for the only 2 pump fakes they threw at him. he's been a HUGE disappointment, but i might try him against stuckey. & maxiell has also been pretty good, lets hope flip keeps him on the bench as much as possible.

now, IF we can play the same, high intensity defense that we played in game 3, AND IF we can hit our shots, especially the open ones, i feel we will go up 3-1. KG MUST play like he has been, going TO the paint & dominating down low & dominating rasheed. PP needs to be the focal point of the offense like in game 7, & ray jus needs to do the lil things & hit his open shots. rajon needs to continue to be aggressive & take those open J's. Perk, just be the perk u were in the last game, except not as aggressive offensively.

LETS GO CELTICSSSSS!!!!!!!

TA hasn't been that bad. I don't think they actually made any of those shots after pump faking him, because he gets incredibly close without fouling. He's become really adept at avoiding fouling since the Billups thing.(Which gets blown out of proportion IMO.) All Doc needs to tell him is to not bite on the fake. Pretty much every player we have has been doing the same thing.

Ray has shown signs of coming around the last couple of games. Maybe the Big 3 will be firing on all cylinders and we can push the series lead to 2. Just watch those TOs Pierce! He's averaging 5 a game!

in relation to the Stuckey problem, TA is a massive rhythem player. He is all instinct and reaction, which, when he is on, means he is a fantastic defensive player.

Unfortunately after playing him for a good part of the season, Doc hasn't played him during the playoffs and he is as cold as ice.

We have seen more than once that TA takes a while to get back in rhythem, so trying to bring him in now is a massive gamble that is unlikely to work.

TA is who he is, and the current situation does not suit him at all.

END this Pistons team forever

If we win Game 4, pisstons are toast, could lead to a possible breakup of that team...

End them.

Though nothing would make me happier than a win tonight I think we only keep winning the odd numbered games in this series. 5 and 7 are next. I think Detroit is gonna come out with some pride and fighting spirit tonight. That said, Celtics cap on, lucky Bird jersey on, beer in hand, cheering for the green.

Detroit is going to have to come out with a LOT more intensity to win this game. That is going to be tough if the C's keep playing aggressive. Can't wait for Jump Ball!!!

^^Absolutely 100% true. As much as I will be rooting for the C's tonight and think they will win, I would be 100% NOT surprised if the Pistons win because of the home-cooking from the refs. Especially if we see Bennett Salvatore and/or Violet Palmer reffing.
It's still 17 to 11!!!!

God no, no Violet Palmer.

Even Stern wouldn't do that would he?
