This will be the game we remember for a long time.....if we lose this series and if the so-called BIG 3 never win a ring in Boston.....yes, this was the game they gave away by NOT showing up.

Game 5 is a loss. Mark my words. Unlike us, Detroit knows how important those games are.

This reminds me SOOOOO much of that Indiana series a few years ago....Could've Should've beat an inferior team....but we let them off the hook.

The team takes the toughness of the coach...Doc is a pussy... and so is this team... Ainge needs to get rid of Doc ASAP

I'm just not gonna say that we don't deserve to win anything cause maybe they'll show up to play Wed. and I'm a man of my word.
Now, tonight was absolutely ridiculous. Allen needs to figure out what is going on with his shooting, and talk it out with the coaching staff. The officials kept us in this game. I woulda rather just let them beat us by 30, cause this was just mentally tiring.

No, Doc actually said he was happy being down by 5 points. I know we are talking about a minor wording issue here, but I really think it says something about Doc's mindset and his lack of adjustment making skills...I don't care how the game was played if my team is losing by any points I'm not happy at all. His Playoff Record is lousy...I can only attest that to having no killer instinct that you need in big playoff games.

Look I don't usually bash Doc, but damn how can this guy be so (Please Use More Appropriate Word)? What consistency can a player gain if you play House in the two home games and Cassell in the road games. What the hell is that? Then when he sees that Cassell was not working out why couldn't he just play House? What's the worst that could happen, we were already giving away possessions. What ticks me off is that we could have won this game.

Guess what Doc will say in the post game? "We need to play better defense, blah blah blah". He blames defense on every f******* loss.

Yep. We just couldn't get over the hump and tie the ballgame.

Our defense was bad but our offensive possessions were just horrible.

86 Celtics would sweep this Celtics team in less than 4 games.

Well that sucked. Detroit gave us every chance to steal this game with their stupid fouls on the perimeter/off ball fouls while they were in the penalty but we couldn't buy a basket. The entire team sucked offensively tonight and despite haning around, we had no one to go to because everyone was so off. Just a brutal offensive (and not a great defensive performance either) performance.

I think that was Detroit's plan.....foul foul foul....keep them out of their offense....so what if they hit free throws
