I remember game 7 from the '87 finals series when Magic hit that hook shot over Parish and McHale. I've been in shock for 21 years since then. I've been a fan through everything, the good and the bad. I still hate Laimbeer, damn it! I also hate Daugherty, Person, and Mourning from the '90s! I was happy when the Patriots and Sox won their championships, but nothing compares to this one!

Thank you Danny Ainge for making those trades happen, and thank you Allen, KG, Posey, House, and Brown for coming here and bringing the championship home to Beantown. This is awesome!

Let's go for #18 next season!

What a team effort!

Given that the salient features of the game were:

1. Energy
2. Steals
3. Rebounding
4. General defense
5. Ball movement

I think Rondo is a little more representative of the game than Pierce, KG, or Ray.

But I think KG was more involved in the second quarter than Ray or Rondo, and his numbers were a little better than Paul's. So I'm giving it to him.

much respect for what ya'll did this year. I can only hope my guys in D.C. (and for that matter bball players everywhere) took notes on how the Celts valued defense and hustle first and foremost. And the hate ya'll have and inevitably will receive is because your turnaround from worst to best was like something straight out of a Disney movie. But it's definitely something worth celebrating for a loooooooong time!
