IMO the best stand up comedian ever. He will be truly missed. A brilliant hilarious mind. He was so funny but yet would always make you think about things in a different way.

RIP George.

"Undisputed heavyweight champion."

Well if it's undisputed. What's all the fighting about?

His baseball/football comparison is an all-time classic. RIP George.

Terrible news, he's one of the most influential comedians of all time. Very sad to hear this...

He is my all time favorite comedian, he more then any other comedian of the last centuray challenged the way people thought and the little assumptions we all make about daily life. As a lawyer his 7 dirty words but is at the heart of the debate about what is obscene and offensive, he was a true pioneer and probably one of the two or three most influential comedians of any time.
