Reggie Miller

Post#1 » by Tricky Ricky » Tue Jul 1, 2008 1:37 pm

Do you think Reggie is upset he didnt join our team at the start of last season to try and win a ring? I cant see him out of a Pacers uniform so Im happy he didnt come back although Id love to see him get a ring.

I would be. Reggie would have looked good in a Celtics uni. Especially winning the title.

fixed.

I really think Reggie will regret that decision for a long time. He could've completed his resume for the HOF and now he'll be grouped in with Barkley and Malone. One championship would have changed all that, it always does no matter how a player gets it. 10-20 years from now people won't remember Gary Payton for riding Shaq and D Wade's coattail to a championship. They'll remember how he was one of the greatest PGs of all time and that he's got a ring.

and after Ray getting his championship there is no question Ray will go down as the greatest 3 point shooter in history, before the ring it was Ray or Reggie with most people picking Reggie. Ah well, it would have been weird with him in a Celtics uni.

Reggie looks weird regardless of the uniform he is wearing.

If Reggie was signed when he wanted, then Posey wouldn't have been signed. No championship in that case. The only way Reggie would have won on this team if he got signed when Cassell did, Reggie plays zero defense.

My thoughts exactly. If it's a decision between Posey and Miller, Posey wins, hands down.

No. Reggie Miller is probably smart enough to know that had the Celtics signed him instead of Posey, there might not even be a championship.

I wish Reggie was signed so we could cut him after training camp and list the reason as "Dirty player, bad influence on game of basketball"
