The curious case of Tarik Skubal

So here we are on the final day of the season, and I'm sitting at 24.2 IP out of a minimum 25 IP required. Do I hope Doval comes out and pitches again today? Had to add Ober, but dude is pitching at Coors!

All this for just getting 0.1 IP, and the worst part of this is, I'm still missing Skubal's 4 IP on that rain delayed game that finished the next day. Yahoo slacking as usual, since they somehow managed to fix it for Luzardo but not for Skubal.

So do I sit Ober hoping Yahoo fixes it tonight before the matchup is final tonight or do I risk starting him at Coors. Do I risk losing all the pitching stats coz I didn't make the minimum or do I risk losing ERA & WHIP if Ober gets hit?

Great season everyone! The final was much closer than the numbers were, and there was a pretty good chance it might end up tied on the final day. Got plain lucky with the Ober pickup, as pitching at Coors is always dicey.

I'll post the end of year prospect list and draft orders for next year later today.

Congrats on the chip David! I wanted to 3-peat bad. I tried everything I could to make my team more competitive than I was during the regular season come playoff time, I just didn’t get it going. Good season everyone! Looking forward to next year!

Thanks TJ! If you had managed to pull of a 3-peat, that would have been a remarkable feat since the roster you took on wasn't anything too great. You make very astute pickups alwasys, with Ragan being the latest case in point. So can never count you out!

And checking back, even your semifinal loss to Gdurantv was so close (5-4) with saves ending up tied!

Anyway, looking forward to defending my title next year, so hope everyone comes in gunning
