It wasn't that Sett gave me the job. I read through older posts and noticed that Chach volunteered to do it a while ago but not sure if he followed through. I had a bunch of free time so I told Sett I could keep an eye on prospects to take some responsibility off his hands

Again that's fine, but it doesn't do much good if nobody gets locked. Or when it is his team.

I've picked up Elvis Andrus and I'm rescinding my rights to Jordan Schafer. Sunshinekids, stop being an ****. I followed the rules and didn't add or drop anyone when it reached two weeks. Kaz is just trying to help out and share some of the load, which is more than you've done so give him a break. The new guys have been pretty dedicated and I think they deserve kudos for that. Bigboy pick up Rasmus today if you can please.

I'm also putting myself on the two-week watch now for Brett Anderson, retroactive to June 4th. That means I need to pick him up by 6/18.

Listen you prepubescent son of a bitch. I have nothing against what Kaz is doing, I actually said that at the start if you could have gotten your head out of your ass to actually comprehend what you read. I just don't understand why you are not doing this to begin with as it would be a lot easier to inform people of what is going on. Unlike Kaz who can't really do anything but post on this page which I doubt many check all of the time. Again I was not putting down the new guys, I just think there is flaws with the system that is place. Maybe next year if you can't handle to boat load of "work" in this league you should just let Kaz run it.

I thought you have to pick up all of your prospects in question before you can pick up any other players.

Fight, fight!
I agree that kaz should just have commish powers because you don't really need them, and you can still run the league however you want, but just give him the commish powers for yahoo. (Not even sure if you can switch them mid-season.)
If stud wasn't such a cracker and accepted my trade I could have already picked up Rasmus, but he's being all difficult. Oh, and Chach go accept that trade too.

SSK, how come you get to swear? And if I were prepubescent I'd have had to have joined RealGM when I was like 6 or 7 years old, haha.

I did pick up my players in question. You get your add/drops locked if the prospect has been graduated for more than two weeks. I took care of Schafer and Andrus before I made a move on any other player. Brett Anderson reached his innings threshold on June 4th, which means I don't have to make a move on him until the 18th.

Hey, I'll save further confrontation by picking up Hanson now.

Man bigboy, you shouldn't have gotten greedy because otherwise you could have really hoodwinked me. I had a chance to think about our proposals back and forth and I came to the realization that those offers I sent you were horrible on my part, the Peralta one being the best. You want me to trade two of the top offensive players, one of which is the best hitter in baseball period, for the best pitcher in baseball and another guy who is having success but has an injury track record. The thing is I'm not against trading Pujols and Hamilton, I will, but my pitching staff is already one of the top 3 in the league right now and could be the best in two years with Porcell and Feliz, why am I going to severely weaken my offense only to improve my already stellar pitching staff? I need to improve my infield and I want quality in my pitching staff, meaning Lincecum, but I can't tear my team apart just because of a fanboy crush. mahalo

Re: 2009 MLB Dynasty League (Season in progress)
Thats fine. I mean I still want Pujols back, but I'm not really the highest on Hamilton to be honest, so you probably value him a little more than I do (not saying he's bad or anything, obviously, still a great player). You should just imagine Sanchez as a part of any deal too since I just gave him to you. Totally forgot to pick him back up after I dropped him just to meet the innings requirement. I'll do that 5 for 5 one I sent you that you most recently rejected and throw in my two second round prospect picks if you are interested in that. If not offer me something else, you know who I mainly want.
PS **** Feliz, I hope his arm falls off ala Kazmir you ass.

I'm still confused as to why you dropped him in the first place.
I'll see what I can come up with. Its not a matter of my value of Hamilton but Sizemore is a personal favorite of mine, hence the need to sub Sizemore out. mahalo

Alright it's time to make some moves. If your a playoff team looking to add something I'm the guy to talk to.
Magglio Ordonez
Trevor Hoffman
John Smoltz
Miguel Tejeda
Derek Lee
Lance Berkman
Mike Lowell
Melvin Mora
Mark Buehrle
Are all on the block. This could add some nice depth to a team need another push. Of course I'm looking to get younger. Send me some offers guys.

Just so you guys know, Chach you must pick up Holland by July 18th and BBJ you need to pick up McCutchen by the 20th before your add/drops get locked. Prospect stuff is on pg. 42

SSK99 will also be receiving my ROOK/FA pick as part of the Trevor Hoffman-Zach Duke trade. For me at least, this was about getting some cheap saves in order to have a better chance at winning it all this year without giving up any core players. Good luck Zach. You may not wow people with the strikeouts but you're a quality start machine.
