At what point can we make FA claims? Right after the draft is over or is there a waiting period?

This is what I get for only looking back one page into the thread history rather than two.

I still drop Gerald Laird because he's a sack of **** and instead I draft Anthony Reyes. If he's taken too well then I'll go ahead and take Nelson Cruz from sunshinekids

I do have sort of good news in the meantime though, I'm doing rankings of the minor league teams. I'll get on top of getting safan to pick again as well.
