NOTES-
We are currently 3-1 against the Chicago White Sux this year.
A win wins this series and the season series.

For unhappy Sox fans, here is a note for you that may make you happy.
1906: The Cubs win a Major League record 116 games, enroot to taking the National League Championship by a comfortable 20 games. The Cubs would advance to the World Series where they would take on the cross-town White Sox. Alternating games between the Westside home of the Cubs, and the Southside home of the Sox, the Cubs are upset by a weak hitting White Sox team dubbed "The hitless wonders", by the Chicago papers. Neither team won a home game until the White Sox closed out the series in Game 6 with an 8-3 win.

I saw a ton of funny shirts yesterday at the game like "I would rather be at Wrigley" and "My catcher beat up your catcher"

I think Marmol has the potential to be our next closer. Live fastball and filthy off-speed stuff.

Pagan did a great job pinch running in the top of the 9th.

Goes 1st to 3rd on a single to left center, then doesn't give away the squeeze and scores the winning run.

Nice to see the Cubs execute instead of seeing the Cubs fail to execute. :)

This is one of the many reasons why Lou is a better manager than Dusty.
Dusty would have never played smallball in that situation.
