This makes me like this team even more. Congrats on getting Mayo.

I hope they keep him, but if they don't, at least they made the right pick.

Good fit for the wolves actually. He and Foye make an awesome young backcourt and can spread the defense for Big Al.

WOW...I think that's too high for Westbrook. The Knicks probably will get their wish and get Bayless with the 6th pick. It's gonna be Love then Bayless mark it down.

Marko Jaric was the starting SG, I'd say Mayo is an upgrade there. Granted I'd start McCants, but whatever I guess. If they like what Jaric does at SG, then Mayo is perfect for them because he does the same things, except way better

OJ Mayo, as expected, and that's what the majority of the Wolves board was hoping for if the top 2 were gone.

I think he's clearly in the top 3 players in this draft, and from a talent standpoint, he has as much upside as anyone at 2 positions and he will fit very well.

OJ isn't a natural point, he has the ability to run point a lot, and he will fit really well with Randy Foye, they can share point duties, either guy is big enough to guard 1 or 2, and they can both shoot the deep ball and space the floor for the big man Al Jefferson. Mayo can create his own shot, he can create for others, and one thing you really have to like is his defensive tenacity, he's capable of being a lockdown defender from the guard spot. Paired with Corey Brewer on the perimeter, this could be a tough team to get a perimeter game going.

OJ is clearly the most talented player left to me, and he's a wonderful fit, the Wolves have their next pick at the top of round 2, and they are expected to go big for that one.

He's a marketable player, and I hope this brings more nationally televised Wolves games. Congrats Wolves fans!
