guess this is why they wanted to trade down, they probably settled on westbrook and figured he'd fall. andy katz said they had no way to fall and if westbrook is who they want it's who they want.

i think westbrook can play SG in the nba because defense really isn't an issue so that's good.

Westbrook? Never heard of him. He any good? It sucks this was a 3 player draft and the Sonics were stuck with the 4th. Too bad the Clippers trade fell through... they could have picked up another pick for "the future"

I'm honestly a bit confused by the Westbrook pick. It seems way too high for him. Also, if upgrading the point long term was the goal, it seems like there were better alternatives on the board still. Maybe this will work out...but it is still a bit confusing.
