Blair's knees must really be bad for so many teams to have passed on him. I
don't understand the pick unless we were picking for someone else.

The question is... was Victor Claver the target all along and the reason for the move up 2 spots, or did KP's target get nabbed earlier?

Maybe he thought Ty Lawson would fall to #22?

If Claver stays overseas like many suggest, then Portland doesn't have to pay for him. Or doesn't have to pay as much for him.
