Wizards 154 Knicks -8

We lost tonight but guys were just tired... we get a nice three days of rest and then we crush the Knicks on our homecourt Friday.

You guys lost to the worst team in the league, I'm disappointed really. I was hoping for more ping pong balls. :(

Then get the people who make your schedule to stop letting the Knicks play teams who are on their 4th game in 5 days.

yea because that's a good excuse. we were tired. so the f what? back to backs are a part of the nba game. if you're that much better than us and if you beat the best team in the nba last night, then surely you can muster up some energy to beat the worst team in the league tonight...right?

while I think we'll come back and bust the knicks in their mouths friday I have to agree that the "we were tired" excuse is a little lame. Yeah, okay, it happened to the Pistons too, difference is they have an outstanding record. Put it in perspective, yeah we beat the best team in the league twice in a row and that was great but come on, if you're that good you get this win too.

playoff games are all within the span of a week...are we gonna use the tired excuse during those games too? Call me a sucky Wiz fan and go ape **** on me if you want.

Did you even read the post? 4 games in 5 freaking days.

The fact we beat the best team in the NBA twice is only more reason for us to be so tired that we can't beat the Knicks.

Kind of like how, when Detroit had to play the knicks as their 4th game in 5 nights, they also lost (quite badly, too).

Kind of funny how that works - if players are physically drained, they can't play as well as we're accustomed.

I'm pissed that we lost too but I can kind of understand it. Several on here have posted the stats on teams that have played 4 games in 5 days and it's pretty ugly. If we win on Friday I will forget about it.
