OK - now that the trade deadline has past... can we get a list together of players that 'could' get waived or bought out in the next week...

Not that we would want him (but maybe...) but HoopsHype is saying there is a good chance Flip Murray will be waived.

How about Barry and Elson? Sonics aren't likely to want to keep Barry, even though he's an alumnus. What about Elson?

Similarly Marshall and Newble.

And then there's Kwame Brown, but I imagine Memphis will keep him and try to make an asset of him.

Lue or Anthony Johnson
Darrell Armstrong maybe?
Cassell ?
is Duhon an expiring? Sonics still have Ridnour and Watson so im not sure they have a need for Duhon.

I would like Smush...his defense is incredible. He's very athletic I think he would be a good situational defender; plus he's a better point then House.

Oh man, if Kwame Brown was cut he'd be a good guy to look at along with Cassell. You get Kwame here and see if KG takes him under his wing, couldn't hurt. KG seems like the kind of guy that demands and gets the absolute best out of his teammates.

either cassell or barry

I'm hoping for cassel or barry. Either one will work for us. Both guys can shoot the ball. Cassell is a pure point while barry can play three positions. Either guy would help alot.

I don't want Kwame anywhere near this team.

He's a bust. He has no motor. He has worked with people that have the skills to motivate people who can be motivated; they've all failed.

I would definitely welcome Cassell, although he doesn't give us the defense we need.

Barry's OK but doesn't really give us something we need. He shoots the ball better than Tony but I don't think he's an upgrade overall.

Frankly, I haven't seen enough of Smush to determine whether he'd help us.
