OT - Anthony Randolph grows 1 full inch + GSW trade rumour

Charlotte indeed offered defensive ace Raja Bell to Golden State earlier this week for Kelenna Azubuike and Marco Belinelli but, sources say, was quickly turned down by the Dubs.

Unrelated but undeniably intriguing Warriors tidbit: Slender rookie Anthony Randolph, also known as the closest thing to an untouchable on the Warriors' payroll, has gained 20 pounds and grown an inch to nearly 7 feet since the end of this past season.

I wonder if the Raps can pry either Azubuike or Belinelli away from the Warriors.

Randolph is gonna be OUTSTANDING power forward in this game.. easily better than Bosh, since he has similar skillset and more athleticism.

I'd like Kelenna and Marco on this team.

Also, if Joey G for Belinelli was close last year, then maybe moving Hump for him would be enough?

If we take DD with the 9, he would definitely be a backup to Marco for at least a year at the SG.

Randolph grew one full inch and added 20 pounds. That's 7 feet and 240 pounds which is freaky.

I don't think I've seen a player his size and length that could handle the ball, penetrate, score and set up his teammates since...I DONT EVEN KNOW!

Look at last month stats... he was fantastic.. and Golden state went 4-4 ... he is a gem..

GS is and has always been the most intriguing possible trading partner for Bosh... But the more time we take on making a decision on it, the less favorable our returning package will be.

7th, Randolph, Magette, Wright for Bosh, 9th, Ukic works. That then would mean we sign and trade Marion and possibly Hump for whatever enticing package is out there and draft DeRozan 7th overall.

He is far more athletic than Odom.. man.. as a PF he would compensate Andrea's weaknesses.. We got to take this guy.. I think it could be too late already.. that damn COlangelo is stuck on overrated Bosh.

He's only going to be easily better than Bosh if we're talking about Joel.

these posts are becoming more of a joke every day

Trade "overrated" Bosh For AR to compensate for Andreas weaknesses.

If thats not a recipe for a championship I dont know what is :cry:

About Randolph, the gained weight is probably from the bone mass (and extra "body") he gained and he isn't actually going to be much bulkier than we would have seen him at the end of the season. Now of course from end of April till now he is capable of having put on muscle mass, but I'm just saying that the bone etc will be a decent part of that, at least 5-7 pounds.
