Williams appeared in five preseason games for San Antonio and averaged 4.2 points and 1.8 rebounds in 13.8 minutes.

The Spurs roster stands at 15.

I guess this means that Malik is going to be sticking around, which is fine by me. Malik really outplayed Williams in the preseason and Malik played with a lot of grit and I just love the way he plays the game.

Williams is a decent player and I hope he catches on with another team, he's got the skills to play in the NBA he just needs to put it all together.

not a big shock there, Malik was much better than Williams during the preseason and its good to see him stick around, i think Hairston has a solid future at the spurs.
