I love Charles the entertainer, but I don't think I'd make him GM of even a rec league team.

Of course he want to be a GM. Then he can gamble away the owner(s) money instead of his own. I don't think he has the commitment to being a GM. It is easy to be an armchair GM. To actually put the work in when he can't even stand working the hours he does for TNT. He would not be a smart hire for any team.
