Gold: Felton - near tripple double
Silver: DJ - played crappy until the 4th and hit the FT's we needed redeeming himself from the previous 2
Bronze: I'm gonna have to go with Stevie Graham here. I was tempted to put Boris in, but I thought Graham played great for us when he was on the court. Hit a big shot after LB gave up on Radman.

Gold: Felton
Silver: DJ
Bronze: Graham

Brown frowns:
Radman: It seems like every year we have once guy getting consistent minutes that may be the worst rotation player in the NBA, Radman continues the grand tradition of Primo, Mcinnis, and Morrison.

Larry Brown: It's Rad's fault that he sucks, its LB's fault that he played 40 minutes.

Chandler: Butterfingers tonight, and his touch looks terrible. There was a moment when he got the ball at the high post around the foul line and I have never seen a defender give more space (to a non-Diop player) than the space David Lee gave him.

Gold: Felton-I'm not saying this is a great thing, but we will probably live and die by the performance of our pgs this year. Hope to see more good than bad and these hard bumps don't lead to missed time.

Silver: Boris-Felt like he had the next largest impact on the game, haven't looked at a box score prior to these hammers.

Bronze: Augustin-Big play down the stretch is good for one hammy, I don't think we win without him.

Honestly, this was about as close to a "moral loss" as you can get. But in April, we won't look back and think "oh yeah we almost lost that one," we'll still be counting it in the win column. Still though... what a terrible game, from both teams.

Gold: Felton
Silver: DJ
Bronze: Wallace

Terrible shooting day for Wallace, but 15 rebounds is hard to argue with, and 10-11 from the FT line alleviates some of that. 53 minutes of basketball is rough no matter what.

HM Diaw, another awful day scoring-wise, but at least he was doing his facilitator role and pulled down some crucial rebounds down the stretch/in OT.

you have to go with

1 - Felton
2 - Wallace
3 - DJ

And I think, no one deserved the Brown Frown tonight. Yeah, we blew the 21 point lead, but this happened after Tyson got his 6th foul. Diaw had to play center and Radman played PF and safed some crucial rebounds for us during the overtime. And even though he missed the 3point shot during the crunch time, it was very good look.

Anyway, f*** it, we won. Now bring on the Lebrons.

Gold - Felton...love the full stat line and the low TOs.

Silver - Hulk Jr...Gawd, last game he didn't look like he should be in the NBA and in this one he's one of our best players.

Bronze - DJ...stepped it up in the 4th but his penetration D is looking really weak. Where's that guy who was 5th in the league in FTs last season?

Boris looked a little better, saw him more inside the paint this game. TC slightly better ( little bad vs. all bad...but it's progression). Crash forgot how to drive in the 2nd half and IMO that was one of our downfalls in losing the lead. Did he even score a bucket after halftime?

I'm not too disappointed with the NY comeback...they ALWAYS make a comeback against us. Given the fact that we're still without our starting 2 as well as getting TC & Boris up to snuff I'm really happy we were able to stand strong and pull this one out.

Larry...give those rooks some burn. Later in the season you'll be glad you did.

Very happy to get this first win out of the way.

:nonono: :noway: Whew ---We sure stunk that one up.... Exciting win in Double OT for Home opener?.... But we should have never gone past regulation?,,,, Did you see LB on Bench drinking Malox.... No offense at all in fourth quarter and Knicks go on 22-8 run. Gerald was so tired, couldn't hit anything outside of 5 feet from basket and was being banged by bigs in the paint.... Felton was the only offense we had along with DJ in OT... Diaw made a couple of key passes.... Radmonvic shooting airballs/ Rim clunkers should have been pulled sooner.. Diaw and Felton logged 50+ minutes.. Wonder they can walk today let alone run against the Cavs tonight. Anyway we won and truthfully the Knicks were not that good.

With our starters exhausted I have a suggestion for tonight's Gameplan against Cavs for Larry?
DJ point play him at least 36 minutes and backup with Felton for 12 minutes only
Henderson/ Graham and tell them to pick and roll with bigs.
Brown--give the kid the start against Lebron
Chandler--Cavs will be forced to play Ilgos to counter height
Nazr/Diop--Foul the crap out of Shaq
Use the starters as subs to rest them and we just might win this and the Monday game

PS: iMPORTANT NOTE TO BOBCATS FANS, THERE IS A PARKING LOT 2 BLOCKS NORTH OF STADIUM ON THE CORNER THAT IS NOT SERVICED BY AN ATTENDANT. dO nOT pARK THERE UNLESS YOU PUT MONEY IN AUTO BOX. iT COST ME $75.00 TO GET A WHEEL LOCK OFF MY VEHICLE THE NIGHT OF THE OPEN PRACTICE

Gold - Felts. Can't deny that the kid has a huge heart and the best intentions.

Silver - Hulk Jr. Started the game on fire and doing all the right things. Not sure why LB didn't play him more?

Bronze - Boris. Did what Boris does and a little more.

Happy to get win #1 under our belts.
