It was pretty hard for me to lay off LA -6 when this line opened. We played scared on the road last year+gave up 28 offensive rebounds in LA+the chances of a let down are minimal after losing to Dallas. If this was last year I'd expect this game to be over about midway through the 3rd quarter...but I'm hoping that the Hawks have learned not to roll over and die as soon as the opening tip starts when they have tough road games.

Joe is playing well...but the Hawks have been extremely careless with the ball.

Weve really made strides when we can keep Joe, Al and Josh out for extended minutes and still be in the game. Granted Pau is out this team is still good. Were playing like ass for the most part. We seem to not be a fan of boxing out.

Smith is back to jacking jumpers and throwing the ball away. Marvin is invisible and Bibby is still throwing up bricks. There is no way the Lakers should be leading at the half.

It always breaks my heart seeing teams get screwed against the Lakers.

Horford is getting hacked all over the place with no call.

I need to puke. Hopefully an overreaction on my part but nothing has changed. When we get down we become stagnant in the halfcourt and tend to give up. Horford despite all the signs can still not handle his own against a legit 7 footer. Marvin hasnt played to his contract one bit, and Crawford carries all the time thank god it doesnt get called all the time.

This team is a bi polar train wreck when they leave Phillips arena. The amount of fast break 3s and layups the Hawks have given up is pretty astonishing. We're just handing the Lakers points thanks to how dumb we are offensively. I'd love to see the points off of turnovers stat after this game and fast break stats after this game.

I'm regretting not taking the Lakers as this game is over before the 4th quarter as I expected. I'm not that upset because we're going against a great team hungry for a win(albeit w/o Pau)...but after the Orlando pre-season finale on ESPN and tonight-we're still showing all the signs of a team who is going to crap their pants anytime they face a team that doesnt suck on the road.
