Tim Thomas, who is recovering from knee surgery, practiced with the Mavericks on Monday.

Drew Gooden is not expected to play on Tuesday due his lingering rib injury.

To me Tim Thomas means no Matt Carroll on the floor which is always a good. I am hoping the reason Gooden has been struggling all season is because of this if not well than glad he is only on a 1 year deal.
