Whats up with Rose?

Ik we are playing the Bulls tonight and I'd think the player we'd most have to worry about would be Rose, but looking at his stats over the last few games has me scratching my head. He is averaging around 10pts, 4reb, and nearly 5 assists. Did I miss something? I'd think he'd be a go to guy for the bulls, is he hurt or just playing that bad? I kind of was hoping for this epic match up of our division's future with two of the best young PG talents fighting it out, but from the stats I'm not sure we'll see that. Can anyone shed some light on our rival player and do you think his poor play bodes well for us and may give us an edge coming into the game (even with Redd out)?

Rose is battling an ankle injury right now. He's shooting the ball horribly as well. He'll be fine, It will be fun to watch Young Money and Rose go at it tonight.

Rose is playing at 60%. That's still significantly better than Ridnour or Jennings though.

Thanks for the info.

Yeah I hope its a good game and a glimpse of our divisions future. I'd loveto see the Bulls and Bucks having a big battle of BJ3 and DR1 for the division crown in the future.

1. General comment to make, the Jennings love is getting a little out of hand here. I think he's a good player, but he's going to come back down to earth.
2. I really don't think Rose has the mentality to become the 'go to' guy on a good team. He can score when he wants to, but I think he's far too unselfish to ever have that killer instinct.

Agreed 100%.

I do think Rose is way too passive at this point, but he's just got too much talent for me to doubt that he will become a go to guy on a good team.

hes coming back to earth?!?! he's not gonna shoot .600, .550 on his threes, and average 20,6,6 this year?!?!?!?

Disagree about the "Jennings Love".

We've been stuck in mediocrity and bust of picks for what seems like forever. I don't care if he "comes down to earth", he's going to be the best player on our roster sooner rather than later. He could be the beginning of something great if Hammond continues to make good draft picks.

Excuse me for getting excited about the guy.
