Would love to hear your thoughts. Pritchard is without a doubt one of the most overrated GMs in the NBA and for someone whose reputation has been unmerited, I'd like to know why you think his job is not in jeopardy?

He has made quite a few mistakes in the past couple of years, and if it continues, then we might start talking about this down the road. But so far, he has done enough for this franchise to keep him as the GM for at least a couple more years
But he's going on 3 years and hasn't done anything to help take the team over the top. Almost all of the team's improvement has been internal, due to coaching and the natural maturation of players. This past FA signing period should've been a sign of things to come. Not only did he fail to secure his top targets but he signed a guy to play for the team that is a horrible fit.
