I just don't get this guy. It's like he's more interested in effing with his players than winning. Everyone in the entire league sees that Anthony Randolph is incredibly talented and could be an All-Star if given some playing time, and Nelson continues to yo-yo his minutes. It just pisses me off that he's wasting and mismanaging so much talent in GS. He seems bored with coaching and so he messes with everyone to amuse himself.
Yeah I don't get it, it's not like his team is competing for a playoff spot he should give Randolph 40 mins per game and the same with the other young guys.

This is why I admire him. He puts in almost no effort, gets paid millions, and will probably end up retiring in Hawaii. He may be the most interesting man in the world.
How many players benched by Nellie have gone on to great careers?
Answer = zero
If Randolph was meant to be a great player, Nellie will get it out of him. If he's not? Nellie will trade AR and he will go on to a decent career at best.

That's exactly the same point Warriors fans would make: he ruins their young players by benching them and not giving them a chance. You just see their suckiness as a cause for his benching rather than his benching as the cause of their suckiness.
