We played terrible defense in that first quarter. Our rotation off screens and the pick and role was fine but our help defense was terrible and we're getting beat off the dribble way too often. We need to play more help defense and rotate quickly, we shouldn't be worrying about them hitting outside shots because they don't shoot a high percentage from three. We need to lock down the paint and force them to the perimeter.
