I'm sure he can... sounds like he's smart about it. The amount you're busted with is the amount they're going to take from you. That's why I never leave the house with more than I can afford to lose... plus, gotta know the laws for the state you're in. In California it's less than an ounce... who needs to carry that much anyway?

If you smoke, just do it and shut up already. Don't wear it like a badge of honor and think it makes you part of some awesome, bad ass club. It doesn't make you cool or rebellious, since everyone has smoked weed before. Smoking weed is mainstream now, fellas. Sort of like wearing a Che Guevara shirt or having a tattoo.

And to be honest, thats what I can't stand. Some insecure kid trying to be cool might be messing with the chemical composition of his mind because he watches some rapper talking about smoking trees on MTV or sees it as being some sort of outlaw thing to do.

If you smoke, just do it for your own reasons. Giggling and giving high fives is for teenagers.

he was driving with it and the vehicle smelled like weed. he appeared to not be intoxicated, so the cop let him go. i wonder if he had friends in the car who were high and smoking and tim was not high or smoking, or if the cop gave him the celebrity treatment after learning who he was.
