Anderson in crutches; MRI in the morning

Postby phoenixmolochia on Fri Nov 06, 2009 11:38 pm

http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/sports_magic/2009/11/ryan-anderson-will-get-an-mri-on-right-ankle-saturday-morning.html

This team relies on Ryno to get them going with quick 3s in the 1st quarter. I honestly hope it's nothing serious.

Christ, that sounds worse than a sprained ankle.

Stan's right. What's the use of being 12-deep when you're guys aren't on the floor to begin with? The Magic are losing manpower at an alarming rate. Rashard Lewis won't be back for a while, Vince is still out with an injury, and now Ryan goes down. Those are 3 very important players to this team just crossed out of the equation.

Our next couple of games are against the Thunder and the Bobcats. Let's hope we ride this momentum and finish strong in those games.

Man, good thing we have a deep team. Imagine what this team will be able to do when they finally have a full roster again.

Just another reason why Otis is smart and not trading away as one poster said all those extra assets.

Not extra anymore are they.

If he does, I hope he doesn't force it just to make up for the loss of Anderson in the starting lineup. I'd rather have both of them out for a time, and have them return 100% later, than to have them trying to pull off heroics that will aggravate their injuries in the long run.

Hopefully, Ryan Anderson will not be out too long.

Rashard Lewis is out for four more games and the 13th man Adonal Foyle is also on the shelf.

The Magic definitely need Carter to get back.

These next two on the road won't automatically be a cakewalk and Wednesday night Lebron James, the delusional Mo Williams and the deadbeat are coming to town.

It would be great if this team could get healthy as the race for that #1 seed in the playoffs is going to be very tight this year.

Lets pray for a clear MRI! It is not broken so that is one hurdle out of the way! Now hopefully the ligaments are ok!

Then just some rest like Vince and he is good as new. He is MUCH younger than Vince so that is a positive for healing.

Vince/Anderson (former Nets), Battie/Lee (former Magic). Who would of thought that these guys would be out at the same time?
