11:04 PM: Trade: The Memphis Grizzlies have acquired the right to Antonio Burks from the Orlando Magic in exchange for cash considerations.
11:03 PM: Trade: The Memphis Grizzlies have acquired Andre Emmett from the Seattle Supersonics for a future 2nd round pick and cash considerations.
9:56 PM: Trade: The New Jersey Nets trade the rights to Viktor Khryapa to the Portland Trailblazers for Eddie Gill and cash considerations.
9:55 PM: Trade: Utah Jazz trade the rights to Pavel Podkolzine to the Dallas Mavericks for a future first round pick.
9:45 PM: Trade: The trade previous mentioned has just been confirmed. The Orlando Magic have traded a future 1st round pick for Jameer Nelson.
9:29 PM: The rumored trade is Jameer Nelson from Denver to Orlando for the future Washington first rounder they own. That pick is top 13 protected next year, top 3 protected in 2006, and unprotected in 2007.
9:23 PM: Rumor has it that Jameer Nelson was selected only to later be traded to Orlando. More on this deal as it develops.
9:15 PM: Orlando radio stations are speculating that the Magic may attempt to trade up in the draft to steal Jameer Nelson.
8:52 PM: Trade:
The Dallas Mavericks/Washington Wizards deal is now official. The Wizards will recieve Antawn Jamison and an undisclosed amount of cash (rumored $3 million) while the Mavericks will recieve Jerry Stackhouse, Christian Laettner, and the rights to Devin Harris.
6:58 PM: Breaking news from Jonathan Givony of DraftCity in New York. Dallas and GSW may have just agreed to a trade sending Troy Murphy and the #11 pick to the Dallas Mavericks for the #5 pick. With #5 the Warriors will select Andris Biedrins and with #11 the Mavericks will select Pavel Podkolzine.
5:24 PM: The hottest rumor at this time is involving Dallas and Seattle. Seattle would send the #12 pick to Dallas (which would be used on Pavel Podkolzine) and would recieve the #5 pick (which would be used on Luol Deng). Seattle would also send expiring contracts such as Vitaly Potapenko and recieve bad contracts from Dallas. Stay tuned as this develops.
5:23 PM: DraftCity's Jonathan Givony, live in New York from the draft, is reporting that the Chicago/Indiana deal has hit a few snags. As of right now the deal has fallen through, but discussions continue to rage on between the teams.
5:22 PM: ESPN's Andy Katz is reporting that if Dorell Wright is not selected in the first round he will choose to go to DePaul under the new NCAA rules. At this time Wright is expected to be a first round pick.
4:59 PM: The rumored trade involving the #7 pick and Al Harrington appears to be finalized, although anything can happen between the time of this writing and the draft. If the Pacers were to get the #7 pick they are rumored to be interested in Luke Jackson.
