The top 100 players are listed below by team, with Boston, Chicago, New York and Phoenix having five representatives apiece. For a team to have five players ranked so highly is not always an indicative sign of success (ex: Knicks), nor is being relatively sparse a symptom of struggles (ex: Cavaliers).

Before we get to the top-100, here are a few various 'bests' and 'worsts'.

Best Season FIC, FIC40: LeBron James (1801, 23.6)

Best Reina Value: Rajon Rondo (+1,049%)

Worst Reina Value: Wally Szczerbiak (-77%)

(I took players like Eddy Curry, Gilbert Arenas and Elton Brand out of contention here since their sesons were virtually lost. Szczerbiak played 74 games and 20.6 minutes per night while making $13.775 million.)

Best Ranked Rookie: Derrick Rose

Best Ranked Sophomore: Kevin Durant

Best Ranked Junior: Brandon Roy (very narrowly over Rondo)

Best Ranked Point Guard: Chris Paul

Best Ranked Shooting Guard: Dwyane Wade

Best Ranked Small Forward: LeBron James

Best Ranked Power Forward: Pau Gasol

Best Ranked Center: Dwight Howard

Best Ranked Unrestricted Free Agents: Jason Kidd (10th), Andre Miller (21st), Lamar Odom 41st), Mike Bibby (47th), Ben Gordon (48th), Shawn Marion, Grant Hill, Ron Artest (54th), Antonio McDyess (96th), Trevor Ariza (110th)
