TRANSACTIONS
09/29/03: The Pacers signed Hiram Fuller, James Head and Mike Smith to minimum salary contracts. They also waived Danny Ferry, whose non-guaranteed salary will not count against the teams’ cap.
10/16/02: The Jazz waived Malik Dixon and Mike Smith.
