Scouring the draft ranks for the next Karl Malone, power-forward possibilities for the Jazz at No. 19 overall include Illinois' Brian Cook, Xavier's David West, Greece's Sofoklis "Baby Shaq" Schortsanitis, Mississippi State's Mario Austin and North Dakota's Jerome Beasley. Poland's Szymon Szewczyk also worked out here; second-round possibility Sam Hoskin of DePaul will do that Wednesday. The Jazz auditioned Siberian giant Pavel Podkolzine, but he withdrew from the draft. San Diego State's Jason Keep is no keeper.
