WASHINGTON (AP) The Washington Wizards signed forward Torraye Braggs to a second 10-day contract Monday.

Braggs has played in three games and is averaging 1.3 points and 1.0 rebound since signing his first 10-day deal Jan. 16.

He was initially signed following a five-game suspension to forward Christian Laettner. Laettner has since returned, but the Wizards need the extra healthy body because of injuries to forward Jared Jeffries (sprained right ankle) and guard Larry Hughes (right knee tendinitis).
