There was a hiccup along the way when the NBA and the Players Union could not agree on the cap for 2001/02, but when this was finally resolved Charles Oakley officially returned to the Bulls, reported the Chicago Daily Herard. Oakley's conference was pushed back from 11am to 3pm today due to the delay. In other Bulls news, as was expected the team renounced their rights to Corey Benjamin, Dragan Tarlac and Steve Goodrich, and when Bryce Drew is waived they will probably have more than six million under the cap. As expected, Eddie Robinson signed an Offer Sheet to join the team, but the Hornets have 15 days to match. As they are over the cap, Robinson will be officially a Bull come August 2.
